Warranty Policy

All Maxtor thermal interface materials are manufactured under a documented quality system and are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty period: 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, covering verified manufacturing defects that affect performance or appearance. This warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights or the terms of our Refund Policy.

What is covered

Material that does not meet the published thermal conductivity, thickness or dimensional tolerance for its model, when tested according to the method stated in the product technical data sheet. Packaging or labelling errors that result in the wrong model being shipped.

What is not covered

Damage caused by improper storage, contamination, mixing with other materials, or application outside the published operating temperature range. Normal variation within the published tolerance of the product. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers.

How to make a claim

Contact us at zsmaxtor007@gmail.com with your order number, product model, batch or lot code printed on the label, a description of the issue, and photos or test data. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or refund.

Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
