How do I choose a thermal paste?

Compare the listed thermal conductivity, available size and your maintenance frequency. Smaller syringes suit one-off CPU or GPU jobs; larger sizes are more practical for repeated service work.

How do I choose a thermal pad thickness?

Measure the original pad before ordering. A pad that is too thin may not contact the cooler, while a pad that is too thick can prevent correct mounting. Match the original thickness whenever possible.

Is a phase change pad the same as a thick thermal pad?

No. XTP-001 is a thin 0.25 mm phase change interface for compatible CPU or GPU contact surfaces. It is not a replacement for thicker gap-filling pads used on memory or VRM components.

Do you provide compliance documents?

Are Maxtor products UL certified?

We do not claim UL certification unless an individual product page displays a valid, product-specific UL reference.
