        REFUND

        You can request for refund by contacting our customer service  zsmaxtor007@gmail.com within 30 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point. If your application passed we will send you a confirmation email.

        We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that do not pass our qualification check.

        After we processed your refund you will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the day that you received the confirmation email until you will receive your refund. Please note that a few additional days delay may occur during our sale period.

         

         

        FAULTY PRODUCTS

        When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture immediately where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail to zsmaxtor007@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within a reasonable time. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. We can only handle faulty products from orders that are purchased in our web shop.

        If we agree to accept your claim we will start our refund procedure.

        Please notice that we do not offer return or exchange service.If you want a new product rather than a refund ,you can keep the former product and we will send you another one.
