Before You Order
Measure the contact area and confirm that a 0.25 mm phase change interface is appropriate for your device. XTP-001 is not a substitute for thick gap-filling pads used on memory or VRM components.
Installation
- Power off the device and remove the cooler.
- Clean both mating surfaces completely.
- Select a size that covers the contact area without overlapping nearby components.
- Remove protective films and position the pad flat.
- Reinstall the cooler with even mounting pressure.
